By accessing or using InsureSignal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InsureSignal provides:

  • Insurance lead data and intelligence
  • API access for lead integration
  • Market analytics and renewal timing data

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell or redistribute lead data without authorization
  • Use data for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM or state laws

5. Data Usage Rights

Purchased leads grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Contact businesses for legitimate sales purposes
  • Store data in your CRM systems
  • Use data for internal business analytics

You may NOT resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute lead data.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Per-lead fees are charged at time of purchase
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, lead data is derived from public sources and may contain errors. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of contact information
  • That leads will respond or convert
  • Real-time data freshness

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSURESIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InsureSignal from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
