Public employer benefit plan filings from the Department of Labor. Contains employee count, plan type, and financial data for group benefits leads.

State Secretary of State Filings
New business registrations from state SOS offices. Includes business name, registration date, registered agent, and industry classification.

NOAA Storm Events Database
Historical storm, flood, and severe weather event data for climate risk assessment and parametric insurance leads.

FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer

USGS Wildfire Risk Data

We never use data from the following sources:

Every lead in our database includes documented provenance:
- Source Type: Public filing, licensed provider, or user-submitted
- Source Name: Specific origin (e.g., "DOL EDGAR", "CA SOS")
- Collection Date: When the data was collected
- Legal Basis: Why we can use this data
- Refresh Frequency: How often we update from this source
